The Day Approaches...

As March 18th comes closer and closer, we are more and more excited, nervous, and expectant. Sure, we have decided to have better lifestyle changes in the past, but nothing as dramatic as this. But we are ready and excited. I mean, how cool is it to go to local farmer's markets and find enough food to eat for the whole week? But then neccessary questions are raised. What do we do when we eat at our friends' and families' houses? Can we still have our treasured coffee or other treats we love so much? Probably not, but that's just part of the adventure. Fortunately, we have found that living the organic and green life has grown in popularity over the last few years; so much so in fact, that we have found a multitude of resources to aid us along our journey. This is good news.
